The synergies among the various partners we collaborate with allow for identifying the optimal solution both for the realization of an initial pre-series and for optimizing the supply chain for large-scale productions.

Thanks to the production capabilities distributed between China, France, and Italy it’s possible to define the best compromise between production costs, delivery times, and logistics efficiency.

Method: The mold cavities are produced through various processes, including CNC, wire EDM, or plunge EDM, using a range of materials from aluminum to steel, depending on the durability, surfaces finishes requirements, and the type of material to be injected.

Materials:

  • Thermoplastics (ABS, PA6, PA6+30%GF, PBT, PC, PMMA…)
  • Thermosets (BMC, SMC)
  • Elastomers (EPDM, NBR, …)
  • Metals (aluminum, zamak, magnesium)

Tolerances: NFT58000 normal class (standard), or according to 2D drawing.

Applications: Functional and aesthetic parts, with various properties (mechanical resistance, thermal, etc.) depending on the injected molding material.

This process is suitable for the production of a few hundred up to tens of thousands of pieces.
