Friguet Benoit, as the data controller pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), in compliance with the obligations imposed by the legislature to protect privacy, hereby wishes to inform you in advance, both about the use of your personal data and your rights, by communicating the following:
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679, we provide you with the following information:
Personal data collected through our website is processed to enable the provision of services requested by customers, as well as to fulfil any related legal obligations. The provision of personal data for this purpose is functional to the requested services, and any refusal to provide them would result in the impossibility of performing the services. The processing does not require the consent of the data subjects, and the data will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to Art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Personal data will also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and promotional information, services, and events of our company, and for marketing activities, directly by the latter.
If the data subject providing the data is under 16 years of age, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for whom the identifying data and a copy of the identification documents are acquired.
The processing will be carried out both manually and/or by IT and telematic tools with strictly related organizational and processing logics to the purposes themselves and in any case in order to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical, and logical measures provided for by current regulations.
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

If the site allows, users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
If the site does not allow you to edit your data independently, you can request the deletion of your data at any time by sending a request to the email address admin@syntonic.it.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
The telematic data collected, logs, and originating IP address are used by the CMS WordPress and plugins that ensure the site’s security to verify that site access is carried out by regularly registered and authorized users. This allows us to monitor potential intrusions by malicious actors.
